I want to apply of joining the Intermediate Science class in your college.I need  the  prospectus  and  all the necessary forms. I have sent you the  fees of Rs. 15( Rupees fifteen only) by M.O. the receipts of  which is enclosed  by  herewith.

        I therefore,pray that you will be kind enough to send me the said forms and  prospectus of which act of your kindness.
